The Science Day 2017 was celebrated on National Science Day i.e. 28 February 2017. The theme of National Science Day 2017 was "Science and technology for specially abled persons".The preparations for the day were made a month in advance under the guidance of my science teacher Dr.Anna Neena George.
The Science students were assigned different duties such as decorations,preparing invitation cards,demonstrations,presentations, quiz,refreshments and so on. .Dr. Shirish Kamat was the chief guest for the programme.The day also marked the birthday of Dr.Anna Neena George.The Sci -Fun groups were awarded certificates for participating in the Sci-Fun programme .The day proved to be an iconic event in the college.
